Chicken Is there a trick to blending chicken? It just doesn't seem to blend well??

My nan (who had no teeth and refused to wear false ones) used to blend her chicken in a food blender with gravy

It's horrible isn't it, I find it goes all grainy.

I add reduced salt chicken stock to it x

You need to add some water or stock x

Add some of baby's milk x

We had chicken chassure and it blended ok actually with the sauce :) xx
