Pulled bbq pork ?

1 pork shoulder joint

1 litre chicken stock

1 bottle of Heinz sweet and sticky bbq sauce

1. Cut shoulder joint into 3-4 pieces and place in slow cooker, pour over chicken stock and cook on low for 8-10 hours (til it falls apart with 2 forks)

2. Shred the pork and place in a tray, pour over the bottle of bbq sauce and bake in the oven for 30 mins. Serve hot or cold, tastes amazing in a brioche bun. Can be frozen too.

I also love being able to throw in some diced chicken and onion with a jar of curry sauce, perfect curry every time ?

For chilli I use

400g mince (browned before adding it to the slow cooker)

1 onion

1 red pepper

1 tin of kidney beans

2 tins chopped toms (heated in a pan with spices before adding to the slow cooker)

1 tablespoon of chopped red chilli (I use lazy chilli it's already chopped on a jar!)

A little garlic/paprika or whatever else you fancy to add to the flavour!

Wack it all in at 5/6 hrs on high or 9/10 hrs on low (that's all the settings mine has haha)

It usually makes enough for me hubby and toddler to have it with rice 3 or 4 times so I freeze some too
