NT
Going for my NT ultrasound in a few hours. Excited and nervous! I'm not nervous about the results. DH and I are in love with this LO just the way he or she is, but nervous because of my last 2 miscarriages. I feel like this every time I have an ultrasound. I truly believe things will be fine, but can't seem to shake that little bit of anxiety.
Had my NT scan today. When I first showed up the power was out lol.
I've had many miscarriages and a still born but I wasn't at all nervous. The baby's measurement was just fine and now I just wait for the Harmony results.

I had my NT scan today. Everything went great besides waiting over an hour! The technician was quick and didn't talk but it was nice to see my baby. I heard the heartbeat for like a second. It's reassuring to see your baby growing.

Did anyone get a transvaginal ultrasound or just a regular ultrasound at their first appointment because I have my very first appointment Thursday and I heard that I’ll most likely be getting a transvaginal ultrasound and I’m nervous 😥 do they hurt?

I really don’t think people get it. I got asked how many ultrasounds I was going to have this pregnancy. And to be honest it’s more than I would like to have. Dating scan was yesterday, NT scan is in three weeks and starting at 16 weeks I’ll have monthly ultrasounds to measure my Cervix. Apparently I’m ungrateful and lucky. 🙄 There is nothing lucky about having to constantly worry about how long you’ll stay pregnant for.

Update: everything was great! Baby was measuring perfect. Heart rate 174. Combined with my blood work, all results say baby is healthy, no downs or trisomy. Took her a bit too measure, baby was wiggly and uncooperative. No peak at the goods today. Finally told my older kids when we got home. They are supper excited and hope to have a sister.
