Spd is a b**** .

I had it with my last pregnancy and was put on bed rest the last three months.

I had it on both sides and even with husband turning me and picking me up out of bed for bathroom breaks I was in tears.

This time I only have it on the right side so far, hopefully I’m not going to jinx it.

But the past few days it’s been getting worse.

I wish I could say it gets better but mine didn’t resolve until 3 weeks ish post partum I believe. (It’s been a few years so my memory is foggy of when it finally felt normal again)

Mine just started last night. I had to get out of bed to grab something and the pain level was pretty high. Im gonna start doing light and easy hip exercises and gonna see a chiropractor next week.

Yes i get this! Got to the point where i couldnt walk today cause putting any weight on my leg was impossible! I have pgp (pelvic girdle pain) in both hips, you could have it too? Invested in a pregnancy pillow to help at nights, wouldnt look back now! Just take your time hun x
