I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2011 and thought I would have difficulty getting pregnant. After a few months of not using protection (not trying to get pregnant), I conceived my son ?. My son is now 3 years old and we are ready for another child. We planned to start trying in August 2015, but that date got pushed back when we started buying a home. After we bought the home, we then needed to wait till February for my insurance benefits and to make sure I had a clean bill of health (biopsy on thyroid). As of Frbruary/March we have actively been trying. It's not as easy as I thought it would be ? I used OPKs for the first time this month (periods are very irregular so it's difficult to tell when I'm ovulating). It seems like I ovulated on Saturday. I'm very hopeful that this is our month,however, I felt like that the past couple of months so I'm just putting this in Gods hands. I'm thankful for a group like this to discuss all our symptoms/struggles/concerns.

They put you on a hormone pill you take daily. I was on levothyroxin (generic brand) then switched to name brand synthroid because I still felt foggy brained/tired all the time. My levels appeared good, but I still didn't feel good so I am now on Armour and I love it. I was on levothyroxin my whole pregnancy and I have a happy and healthy little boy. I need to visit my doctor about being on Armour while TTC/pregnant.

Do you mind me asking wat happened once you were diagnosed with Hypothyroidism? Cause I got tested for it yesterday and I get my results tomorrow. All my ob said was if its positive he will refer me to another doc.we have been trying for 10 months now so was just wondering wat happens with ttc if I am positive?

Starting TWW. Anyone else? I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

IUI Monday!! So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years!!! It was a good thing we picked up a trigger shot before we left too :-)

3 month old bleeding monthly So I have no clue if this is normal or if I should be worried. Of course I am a little worried anyways but my 3 month old baby girl has had pink blood in her diaper atleast one day each month. It's like a little pink streak. I know her bleeding that first month is normal but every month? It's like she has a mini period/spotting. I would call her doctor but the only working phone we own is my husbands and he's at work. This is the 3rd month it's happened and I'm a little worried. Any advice or information would be appreciated. She doesn't seem fussy or like she's hurting. Her little breasts have are swollen again too (they feel like a little hard lump)

TMI but I don’t want to talk to family about this. I’m tired of having intercourse with my fiancé. I feel grossed out like it’s with a stranger. If I can go months without it, I would. It’s been a week since we have done it and I’m pretty sure he will try tonight. The thought of it makes me cringe. We’ve been together for 9 years and it’s just ugh. 😣 Any thoughts ?
