You look great !!
If you don't mind sharing what did you specially do and focus on ??
I'm moving in 2 weeks and want to start fresh and get back into it-I lost 63lbs after delivering my daughter December 2012 but still have a ways to go.

63 lbs is awesome! That's great! ! I focused on a lot of cardio, and 3-4 dif arm/leg exercises (alternating between upper and lower body). I also count calories and cut out bread, pasta, flour, sugar and for the most part processed foods. Do that, and your bound to lose weight!! Hard part is actually doing it, but once you get started it becomes addicting!

Literally live, eat, and breath fitness! It's definitely a lifestyle choice and I think some people have a hard time realizing that.
Great work on your weight loss. Keep it up.

Did u have a cheat meal a week?
Debbie DeSantos·
One cheat meal a week....but nothing extreme. I'll allow myself my favorite treat (two sushi rolls) or a cookie after my burrito bowl at freebirds :)
