Insanity
I was doing well with insanity until the recovery week and month two! Last week was very busy with interviews and my sons birthday party so I only did the recovery disc once. I then started month two and I just couldn't hang!! I think the extra 15 minutes also got to me mentally. I'm doing week 4 again to get me back into it...and it's much easier now :) not looking forward to month two. I think I have issues with change ?

OMG I am so with you on that my husband and I had finished month 1 and for some reason recovery week we cheated did everything wrong and I tried month 2 and only did 1 day then haven't done it since Guna start again Monday and like you those extra 15 min are a lot to me to I so do not look forward to that and that always discourages me so what we plan on doing is 3 days outta the week do month 2 than the other 2 days month 1 and the next week the opposite

Honestly, I think that recovery week throws a lot of ppl off mentally. Like it's a break, but then ppl fall off the wagon or can't get motivated to kick it back into full gear. I've done the program twice, and the 2nd time wasn't any easier. Yes, month 2 is harder, but make a decision to finish. Stopping can't be an option. You've come this far! I almost think for myself, when I do insanity again, I might skip recovery week, just because it messes with me mentally. Good luck!!!!

Mixing month one with month two is a good idea! I'll probably do the same!! I plan on sticking with it because I have never finished a program and I want to do it. Unfortunately, I'm not doing it to the T, but maybe I will with round two ? someone posted on here that they really saw results after month two so that's what keeps me motivated. With month one I have lost 6 lbs. I have also lost inches as well but I have to look at myfitnesspal to tell you exactly how many.
