Ha. I could probably benefit from this. Nuts are soo tasty and light so ya just keep eating and eating - nevermind they're a million cals! Lol I ate a whole jar of Costco size power mix (almonds, pumpkin seeds, edamame, cranberries) in one week. Agh.

I do the same with measuring nuts ? or morning cereal,anything really now x

Heck yeah!! Dem nuts are tasty!! I'll eat them all...but hubby can eat them all and not gain a lb ?

Why, what big nuts you have, lol. I probably shouldn't browse bb after I've had a glass of wine :) I measure out my almonds or else I could eat the whole bag! I totally understand!

You have to measure! It's sooooo easy to gobble up too much good food and not realize it!

Husbands never understand the measuring. He laughs when I pull out the measuring cup to serve our rice! ?
