Who else is a freak?
My nips are freaks of nature. Lol. I’ve been struggling to pump. Always have. My nipples are freaks. I got my Medela pump with the medium size flange they come with. The flanges were too big. So I ordered an small. And they were too big. So after measuring (yes I took a tape measure to my nips) and order the smallest size flange anyone makes (that I could find Medela doesn’t even make them this small). I got the 15mm flanges. They’re. Still. Too. Big. Don’t get me wrong, they’re worlds better, but they’re still too big. I’m a DDD bra size with teeny tiny freaky baby nipples apparently. ?? im feeling like I’m deformed or something lol.

I have a third one too that a tiny little bump in the middle of my chest. ?? maybe the two issues are related lol.
I got my free medela breast pump today ! Does anybody know if using it for nipple stimulation will help !?!

My insurance company covers a breast pump, they said I can get the Medela Breast Pump In-Style. Does anyone know if it's just the pump they send you...no attachments, or do they send you the hoses & shields too?

@nananina, measure you nipples across in mm. If you measure pre-pumping, add 3-5 mm if you measure post pump add 1-2 mm and get that flange size (which someone had told me that the first time). You can get them on amazon for like $20.
