I have heard that she was getting charged but I also heard she wasn't. I don't know what to believe. I personally think she won't get charged because of money. It's very wrong. What she did wasn't right. She should at least be fined and not able to run in the election this year. Did they have solid proof that she did that? If so, then the worlds more messed up than I imagined. I feel so bad for my daughter. She will have to grow up in this world.

Bernie only endorsed Hillary because he said from the beginning to his supporters that if she won the nomination he would stand behind her. Also, his first choice was Jill Stein, but him endorsing her would ruin her political campaign.

ETA: This is surely a slippery slope. There are so many members of the House and Senate with sensitive information and private email servers. I can't wait for them to be exposed too... She could EASILY be endicted for reckless endangerment. The only reason she isn't going to be indicted, is because of who she is and the power she holds.

The FBI investigator did not say anything even close to "completely guilty" damn the lies you tell.

He said that she was "extremely careless" but that her actions did not amount to criminal culpability. There is a huge difference. If there isn't even enough there to charge, how the hell do you get to guilt? The issue is that her actions do not fit within the federal law to charge her criminally.

They essentially said she was completely guilty, but they weren't going to indict. Aka: people who mess with the Clinton's (or any other powerful political family for that matter) gets DESTROYED in one way or another so we're just gonna let this slide. ? This should have been a very loud and clear message to the American people that our government is as corrupt as it gets...... And yet SO MANY are still blind to it ?

When Trump wins the votes and somehow Hilary still becomes president through rigged voting OR Trump gets (not so mysteriously) assassinated right before the elections OR (due to many carefully orchestrated occurrences) martial law is declared right before the election so that it is cancelled all together, nobody better act all shocked because, IMO, these are the three most likely scenarios at this point in time.

What amazes me is how people act like Benghazi is the only attack on a US embassy. There were 13 attacks on embassies and 60 people killed under dubya and nobody made a big deal over that.

Loretto Lynch had a secret meeting with Bill Clinton a few days earlier. She arrived on one airplane, he arrived on another, and they met in a third. They would've gone unnoticed except that a local TV news station was there at the time reporting on another story. Lynch decided to go with the FBI recommendation not to prosecute. Gee, you don't think her and Bill made some sort of secret deal or anything do you?

As angry as I am that Hillary Clinton is currently above the law, it doesn't touch the anger I feel at the fact that other people have been prosecuted for doing far less than Hillary Clinton did. Prosecuted under the same statute. Their lives are ruined or they're sitting in prison. I don't know how anybody votes for Hillary Clinton.

Then you have Bernie Sanders who was completely cheated of votes by Hillary Clinton. He was supposed to be a "outsider" who said a lot of not nice things about Hillary Clinton which happened to be true.

When it's finally official that he is not going to get the nomination what does he do? He endorses her showing his true colors. An outsider my ass. He is just like her. Honestly, if I am a Bernie supporter I don't know how I vote for Hillary Clinton after she's literally stolen votes and proven that the system is rigged. I think i vote Trump, write in somebody or I stay home. That's the only way to send a message.

As soon as they do that, I hope they launch into an investigation of each of one of their uses of private email servers and confidential information. I'm sure that will shake up a lot of closets.

If she doesn't get charged, it will be a massive proclamation that she doesn't need to follow the law, and then other people won't want to, either.

Ex: Why should I pay that speeding ticket when she got away with what she did? Why do I have to pay for these clothes when Hillary didn't get charged? Why am I in jail for sending classified information yet Hillary isn't?
