Best explanation of what happens during labour....
So I saw this video today and I thought it is brilliant for all you first time mamas and some of us subsequent mamas too! The lady uses a balloon and ping pong ball to demonstrate contractions, effacement, and dilation. I'm putting the link below but if it doesn't work just YouTube "ping pong balloon birth".

I got the balloon inserted at 6:45pm and it's now 2:40am. I slept for a few hours but am now just laying here awake. I was bummed because the last time I was in labor and had the balloon, I was in so much pain with the contractions, I was up all night.
I guess sharing my personal info on here means having it used against me in a personal disagreement yes I was raped and no you have no right to use my daughter against me as a personal jab

Opinions, please! What brand of bottles do yall mamas perfer? I'm a breastfeeding expert but with our baby on the way I plan to use only a bottles and there's so many to choose from!
