I'm treating son, one year old, with xylitol nasal spray, nosefrieda snot sucker, humidity, and going to a cranial sacral therapist on Saturday. Anything else I can do in the meantime? I really don't want to give him antibiotics.....

Put drops of garlic oil in the ear, as long he doesn't have tubes or ruptured eardrums. I just cut open garlic oil capsules and squeeze a couple drops in.
