Peanut butter poop?

Can someone tell me how long this stage tends to last? I have a 9&1/2 month old who eats solids and breastfeeds. I'm in Ireland so no diaper sprayer, we can flush once so dunk and swish is iffy, and have yet to buy a good scraping spatula. Seriously contemplating disposable liners......

When I was contemplating getting a sprayer I tested the concept out with my shower head. Is that a possibility for you? My shower head has different settings and one is pretty strong, so I used that and a big bucket in the shower. Then dumped the water from the bucket into the toilet. Worked fine but dunk and swish was less hassle so I stuck with that.

Varies. My daughter's was ploppable very early.

My son's was never ploppable until he potty trained.

Thanks, all. From what research I've done sprayers are illegal here, something about Irish plumbing....and yeah, dunk and swish isn't working very well. The toilets in this country just have a bit of. water in the narrowest part of the bottom of the bowl.

Neither of my kids outgrew it ? only once in a blue moon was it firm enough to just fall off. I did flushable liners for awhile, but they get expensive when it's 95% pee diapers so switched to dunk and swish. In your case try the liners. Why can't you have a sprayer?

I'm trying to remember my childcare days, most nappies around a year old seemed ploppable (love that word), think it might be the milk so once they go off that a bit more it'll be less sticky...

I love the toilets that only flush once every 30 minutes, what an amazing country we live in :D

A spatula sounds like a good solution if you don't want flushable liners...

We're doing fleece liners but it's still sooooo sticky.

Try fleece liners. The poop comes off very easily on those. Just make sure to cut them wide enough to catch the majority of the poop.
