The little man erupted with more spots overnight. His whole trunk is covered and he is starting to get them on his neck and face and a few on his legs.

Ok first thing...chicken pox chronicles! LOL!! Sorry but that is the best ever!!

Ok so about that tiny spotted baby, so sorry you are going through this!! I would never have thought to consider our babies getting chicken pox, guess that's cause I got them when I was 12. Hope it is a light case that goes away quickly!

I bought calamine lotion in the adjoining pharmacy to the doctor's office. It's fine to use according to the GP and my "What to Expect the First Year" book.

I haven't used it yet. The itching should start later.

Do you have calamine lotion? That can really help with the itch. Although, I'm not entirely sure it's ok for babies as young as ours.

Outrageous! A 5 year old was detained and questioned at his school for taking a toy gun to show his friend. He was so scared he wet his pants and his parents weren't notified until 2 hours into the questioning. He was suspended for 10 days, but it was reduced to the 3 days he had already served after the parents and others complained. The school stated that the situation was handled appropriately and would be handled in a similar manner in the future.
