I tried smep last month not sure if I'm doing it this month..

Maybe we'll just BD every other day because I was just mainly BDing on just my fertile days. I was reading tonight that it can actually hinder sperm count and motility by not releasing enough throughout the month.. I didn't know that :) so we'll up it on how much we BD..

Oh yeah eating healthy and lots of water..

I'm on CD3 so I'm right there with you.. I'm on meds to regulate my progesterone and I'm going to try SMEP again this month. What's your game plan for this month?
