From what little I know as long as your Temps don't fall below your pre-ovulation temps you are likely to have conceived. At least that's what my ovia app says haha!

A little background about me :)

Well I know I ovulated on CD 12 I'm 8dpo now. I have 28 day cycles. I'm on Metformin and femara. I have ovulation pain every month, Between CD 12-14 an I always ovulate on one of those days each month.. That's why this charting stuff is so confusing to me lol

I don't have pcos but my Ob put me on Metformin in August. I'm on thyroid meds and prenatals. I ovulate on my own. I've had 4 losses my last miscarriage was 8w Dec 10th then D&C on the 12.

My Ob then stared me on femara on Dec 17 as CD 3.. I don't ever get Ewcm. I even tried epo and I couldn't really see a difference in Cm. So I have preseed and soft cups to help.This is my third round of femara and I'm hoping we have caught the egg(s).

I've also read about a implantation dip during the luteal phase. But positive and negative charts can have a luteal phase dip. But then it says a dip then a rise the next day is a good indicator. I guess I'll look for a third temp shift for a triphasic temps... Lol I think that's right :)

Hi Jessica! I can't see your temps before O but it looks like you have a pretty textbook chart (easy to read). You O'd on cd12, your dip at 7dpo could be implantation, and your spike today was perfect. If your temps continue to stay high like that than yes your chart would be considered triphasic. You're right not all triphasic charts end with a bfp but it's definitely a good sign. Fx and good luck!

Thank you Leigh. I couldn't shrink it so I could get the whole month in.. Thank you for the encouragement. My temp today is 98.3 so does that mean it's not triphasic because it's not higher than yesterday's temp?

Try using fertility friend instead. The charts are easy to use and you can post it here.

No problem! As long as your temps stay above your temp on cd18 your chart is considered triphasic. If you download fertility friend like pp said it will detect a triphasic chart for you. You can also read more about charting and look at videos there.
