Increase Cervical Mucous

EPO has been used by herbalists for hundreds of years to increase cervical mucous. Cervical fluid is necessary for allowing the sperm to swim freely through the cervix. Some of us have low or no cervical fluid, so it is harder for the sperm to move and there may not be a friendly environment for the sperm to sustain themselves.

The suggested usage for increasing cervical mucous using EPO is initially 500mg, three times a day for a total of 1500mg per day. If you dont get results in your first cycle, you may want to increase your usage to 3,000 mg a day in your next cycle. If you are actively trying to conceive do not use EPO after ovulation because this herb has an action on the uterus.

I mc in Jan. Started doing opk once my bleeding stopped Anna my levels returned to normal. Got a small pink line on opk today so i should be ready in a couple of days. I have everything on your checklist except the 2 rx meds so I'm ready too lol. Baby dust and fingers x for Feb rainbow babies

I'm CD12 now and I can feel ovulation approaching. Getting sore on my right side.. We BD last night and when I removed the softcup the next day there was little streaks of blood. I've never had that before. Curious as to what that may be. Praying for our BFP'S :)

Jnjbaby- started my aspirin... Hoping AF doesn't show February 4....

Blessings... Soft cups are used for your af.. But they're also used in helping with ttc. You can do it one of two ways. After BD, Use with Preseed, by putting some into the cup then inserting it. Or not using Preseed. It helps to keep the swimmers close and comfy to the cervix. Hth :)

Cgiggy, no it doesn't effect the baby. I take a low dose aspirin of 81mg's a day. It helps keep the blood thin enough to flow freely through the umbilical cord and doesn't allow any clotting in the cord and is known to help prevent miscarriage. My Dr recommended it, after my first 3 losses. Then I conceived again and took the aspirin until two weeks before my scheduled c-section. I conceived in October of last year. But I miscarried and had a D&C on December 12th.

Nip.. The Preseed is sperm friendly lubricant. The Guaifenesin thins your cervical mucus. The metformin is prescribed to help me with healthy ovulation. The femara is prescribed to help me with healthier egg quality. The aspirin is to help thin my blood. I don't have a clotting disorder but Dr said to take it as it may help with preventing miscarriage.
