Vitex!!!

About 1,5 months maybe. I took for another 2 months because I didn't know that it was vitex. Then I stopped it just to try and all the symptoms gone!

@Anispa how long did you take it when the symptoms started?

I have used vitex and I had bad experiences with it. I tried it like you and thought it won't hurt, but it caused progesterone overstimulation. I even got ovarian cyst from it, and I had painful ovulation, really heavy period, nausea and headache. Then I stopped taking it and got pregnant the month after. This is only my experience, and I know for many ladies it helps and everyone is different. But if you have these symptoms then it is not some mysterious illness and stop taking it!

I've just started taking vitex this cycle to attempt to lengthen my short Luteal Phase. Fingers crossed it works!!

I just started taking about month ago, haven't noticed anything yet but will see as just started new cycle this last week. Have heard good things but some people warm that can mess up regular cycles when first starting it. Not sure how true that is. Also can increase chance of twins due to double egg release and help prevent mc by helping with progesterone levels.
