Snack after high number

So I went out to eat tonight. Had a turkey burger (had less than 1/2 the bun with it), and eggplant fries. I knew the fries weren’t the best, but I figured it would be ok. Well my 2 hour BS was 130 ?

Not sciatic, just bad hip pain. This is my 3rd and it seems to get worse each time. I'm sure walking more would probably help it but I just need to push past the initial pain

Oh that's so great! I havent walked the past few days bc of pain and I've noticed my fastings are creeping up. I may have to just get over it and walk

I walk in my house several times a day haha. With 2 kids,it's not easy to get outside to go on a long walk multiple times a day

I would walk to get your sugaar down to a better level and then have your usual snack. I know it's late, but even just walking laps inside your house for 20 mins can make a big difference
