2 afternoon snacks?
My schedule is very long these days. I get to work at 5am so I need breakfast by 5:30-6, so I need lunch by 10... but then, I don’t end up eating dinner until 6-6:30 for my toddler/husband. Since I have such a long span in the afternoons - do you think I can get away w/2 healthy snack in the afternoons?
So it's been a long time since I've had my nails done. I need ideas on what I should get.

My baby girl is here finally ! Weighing 7 pounds 6 ounces 30 1/2 inches long at 9:26 pm today she's so beautiful . It was a difficult labor that could have lead to a c section but we made it at the very end and I got my vaginal delivery ,! 😍😍 I am so in love can't wait to go home so my two year old daughter can meet her baby sister ❤ ❤
I wish I could hear every mommies pregnancy story, on how they found out. this is why I downloaded this app haha I need more pregnant friends. :p so I'm just gonna say the quick version of mines. I had been feeling sick, everything I ate I threw up. I didn't think I could get pregnant because I had been trying for so long and nothing... so I went to the ER and I waited for hours, and I wanted to go home so I asked some guy what was taking so long for my discharge, and he said your name is Breanna right? and I was like yeah? and he opened a folder and put it on the desk and it had a box with a positive check on it and my first thought since I didn't think I could get pregnant was THIS FOOL GAVE ME AIDS OR SOMETHING BAD LOL. I quickly looked down again and it said Positive Pregnancy Test, and my eyes filled with tears I got so choked up I couldn't even tell my boyfriend who was sitting in the lobby waiting room for me. and I asked the doctor if he could let my boyfriend know also. ♡ this was 6/19/2015.

I do have two snacks if I’m extremely hungry in between meals when I’m working really long hours (4am-5pm today....) but try for more protein and veggies like peanut butter and carrots or cheese, meat and some crackers. It sits okay with me even eating a normal balanced dinner.

I would, that's a long time to go without eating! I'd do veggies or meat/cheese for the 2nd snack. I love Epic bars bc they are easy to stash in a bag. Some have carbs, but a lot of them don't.

I would do that too. I’d make sure my one snack was my “carb” snack so the 15g of carbs snack and then would snack on free foods like meats, veggies and cheese

I do that sometimes ! If I’m going to have a later dinner I’ll maybe eat my afternoon snack then another two hours later . I reduce the carbs in dinner a little bit .
