2 afternoon snacks?
My schedule is very long these days. I get to work at 5am so I need breakfast by 5:30-6, so I need lunch by 10... but then, I don’t end up eating dinner until 6-6:30 for my toddler/husband. Since I have such a long span in the afternoons - do you think I can get away w/2 healthy snack in the afternoons?
I do have two snacks if I’m extremely hungry in between meals when I’m working really long hours (4am-5pm today....) but try for more protein and veggies like peanut butter and carrots or cheese, meat and some crackers. It sits okay with me even eating a normal balanced dinner.
