Hi, again! Posting in case I have GD this time around. I’ve been trying to follow the diet before testing early. I’m 14 weeks & my midwife has been suggesting I test now since 10 weeks ? but I honestly haven’t had the time.
Nachos (: get some unsalted chips add chicken or some protein, cheese, maybe beans but that's more carbs so measure how much chips and beans you can have or skip beans, sour cream and some salsa or jalapeños (:

Also, my dietician said alot of raw veggies are "free foods" and you can have them even when it's not your scheduled snack or meal time.

Guacamole, veggies with hummus. I like to make cheese crisps (you can find some on pinterest), naked wings
