Is BF possible after having nipples pierced

I am just wondering if any one has bf if they had their nipples pierced? I had mine done many years ago and removed them over 5 years ago. I have heard that at close to 7 months I should be leaking by now.

ya my friend had hers done she breast feed but stopped baby didn't latch :/

my sister did and it leaked out of those holes too. she hated it.

not everyone leaks. I think it should b fine

I had mine pierced only about 9 months ago and mine leak. So I'm thinking it's fine
