Rash and warts
Logan's come out in a really nasty rash all over his body head to toe, but hes also developed a wart on his finger there's 2 next to each other so I need to get him checked out? He's got a runny nose but dosent seem extremely unwell just abit less energetic.. x

Looks like a measles rash but its bumpy I know it's not a heat rash as it looks like some of them have puss inside and it also dosent look like pox so I really don't know what they are? thankyou though?xx
