This is Logan's toe, is keeps happening his toe is bright red and hot and he's also got a temp it happen atleast once a month where his toe nail does this.. I cut his toe nails every week and it still happens?

That's what I thought as it's happening so often aswell doctors are closed till Monday now I've just been giving paracetamol and my oh has just took him to the chemist for some advice xxx
