I have it was just a caravan site no entertainment etc , it's a website but you choose your caravan and book it by directly contacting the Owner , I've done this twice. This year we're going to a haven though don't fancy going far for entertainment with a nearly 3 yo and 3 month old in tow haha

We have booked private caravans and stayed in some lovely ones! Sounds right on the key code as they change mainly it after each holiday let so that other rental people can't just come back and let themselves in. Hope you have a nice stay x

You can usually do an owner check if you ring like haven reception and they can tell you if the name of the owner is the same as they have written ☺️ I did that with Butlins last year and turned out to be a con so reported the person and found someone else who was genuine x

I've looked on everything for reviews on her but so far haven't found anything bad, my mum said to ring the actual haven sight and ask but doubt they would give any details away anyway. She gave me the pitch number and caravan number but dosent prove much? I'm just such a paranoid person xx

Aww thanks girls, I think I'm just being paranoid incase she's a fake she said when I get there on the day she will give me the key safe code to get the keys does that sound right? I'm a nightmare cos don't trust anyone?xx

We have booked a few throughout the country from the owners direct. And I'll be honest as a result we have stayed in some really nice caravans. We've been really lucky and always had a clean caravan. We've had more complaints staying in havens own.

We did once and we had to complain as when we got there it was filthy the netting on the windows was filthy mould all over the windows dust everywhere, we ended up getting half our money back xx

I did, as they were friends. They saved as the owners only get a small percentage when booked via site. So they gave me that saving but everything else was fine xx
