Like every one else said feed her as much as she wants!! And you can take the tablets. No harm at all. Make your pee smell a bit strong ?. And if you can't get anything from your boobs when expressing don't worry usually a month after having baby for me when I try and express nothing comes out but I know my boobs produce all that my boys needed. And keep up your water intake! X

I was told Your boob never runs out of milk, do you put her on the other one and let her feed off that before formula? Maybe she's going through a growth spurt/leap.. have you downloaded wonder weeks? I downloaded it yesterday and it's really quite good. Laylas a little bit older than kira and the app says kira has one coming up. Like other said just let her feed, you'll produce more. I was told about fenugreek and went to boots and asked the pharmacy for it and they looked at me like I sas crazy ? xx

Plus expressing isn't an indication of your supply and hand expressing is hard I've only just started to get anything else if I do this.

I find it awkward to feed from my right when im out so that's always "full" so sometimes I have to hand express into a bottle but then it's not much x

She will be getting milk don't worry. It might take a few days of where you feed feed feed. Just follow her lead, if she comes off try winding her and put her back on.

Babies can feed easier from a bottle prob why she takes it "easier"

Like others said the more u give a bottle then your body isn't getting the signs to produce milk. Xx

If you really want to up your supply then stop the formula as I fell into this trap with my 1st and eventually I bf less and less.

This time around she's only has formula whilst I was being stitched up as my recovery took a bit longer and she would of gone 5/6hrs without a feed x

I did but also noticed my pee smelled of maple syrup which is a common side effect, also used to eat a bowl of overnight oats every morning as oats and dairy are meant to help with milk supply xx

Ps you probably already knew this but to increase your supply the best thing is to let your lg at your boobs, giving formula is known as the top up trap, if she gets formula your body won't know it needs to make extra! Xx

Do you squeeze the nipple itself? To hand express you need to firmly squeeze your breast from right behind your areola toward your nipple, it takes some practice to get the right area! I bet you have plenty milk hun, do you offer the other breast as well? Xx

Because once she's finished well when she comes off the boob she wants more and and cries until she's back on the boob and sucks but she gets so stressed because nothing's coming out. And when I give her formula to top her up she gulps it like she's starving!

She's gaining weight well and always has wet/dirty nappies but when I squeeze my nipple when she's finished nothing comes out not even a drop? Xxx
