Baby thrush
Layla has thrush on her bum and front and the health visitor has advised me to ring the doctors only my doctors are closed now till tomorrow! Is there anything I can buy to help relieve it? Will it be causing her pain I feel so so guilty I could cry ?
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
The doctor said yesterday in the ER that it was not impressive and might not be thrush at all :( it's not wiping away what do you girls think ?my poor baby I just wanna help her !!!!
The doctors said my baby has thrush it's been around 20 days in giving her the medication her tongue is still white and green :( today I took a napkin and tried to wipe it away and it's actually comming off in patches omg should keep wiping or leave it alone ?
I think my son has thrush 😢 what do I do ?
Just curious as to how a mother is so careless with her children that her 15 year old got pregnant and has 7 possibilities for the father .and one of the possibilities , is her STEP FATHER . WATCH. YOUR . KIDS.

Pharmacy would give for my little boy but would treat me? So I waited until the next day for GP I let him air a lot and he was fine. Took ages to clear because GP gave wrong prescription and wouldn't prescribe for me so I had to get hv chase them with policy on prescribing for breast feeding mums.

Hiya yeah I got some yoghurt only applied it twice though as she had a bath and then slept till 5 it dosent look as red still abit bumpy on her skin though but hopefully if I use it today properly it will start clearing up can see a big difference already though! Xxx

I've tried every cream u could think possible for my little one the only one I found help with bepanthen cream and leaving the nappy open so she can get a bit of fresh air xx

DD had it numerous times, the pharmacy wouldn't give us anything. The out of hours did it via telephone and sent it to the pharmacy xx

And Roxie yeah that's what it looks like I've started using cotton wool and warm water again now anyway so hopefully it won't be to uncomfortable for her xxx

I'm so thick sometimes! Okay well going to try the natural yoghurt and my mums going to boots to see if they have canesten for babies! Hoping it works xxx

With metanium you only need a tiny bit it should be clear when you've rubbed it in.
I found if I used it with sudocream it made it worse so I just use sudocream x

Ahhh thank you so much!! I was using matanium and sudacrem but it looked like it was making her skin peel when i wiped her xxx

Yeah that's what I'm dreading! And ohh I will try the natural yoghurt thing do I just put it on and leave it or what? I've never done it before haha xxx

Thankyou I just feel so awful as she's had it a few days and I never even thought about thrush I don't think she's in pain as when I change her bum she dosent cry or wriggle around and she dosent cry unless she's hungry so makes me feel abit better! Just glad she's not got it in her mouth xxx
