It's sinusitus I suffer chronic with it. Go to docs and they will give you some antibiotics. I usually have to take steroids to shift mine x

No ibuprofen!! Lol x

Unfortunately you can't take any decongestant whatsoever while pregnant and only paracetamol for pain, definitely not ibuprofen, it's hard for us being pregnant we have to basically suffer! Xx

I took sudafed decongestant it worked in an hour for me not sure if you are allowed that while pregnant tho, pop to a chemist and speak to the pharmacist there they should recommend something for u xx

No don't take them while pregnant, what about a cold rag wet put in the freezer when its froze put it on your head that usually eases mine a bit x

Beecham powders are really good, just put it back your thoat and wash it down with water. I find that best for really bad headaches usually shifts or takes most of the pain away within half an hour. It says to take them in water and drink but I've found the best way is just put the powder straight in your mouth then wash it down with water. Disgusting but honestly works xx

I had this last week tho I'm not pregnant, same as Amy it was sinus related but oh god it was horrible xx
deleted-user·
I am same as you 22 weeks and I had a horrible headache that wouldn't shift for days I found out it was a plug in air freshener causing it, I got rid of it! Was a glade one, quite strong, the glade candles cause it too, I think we must be more sensitive when we are pregnant. Have you tried 4head type things? I got a cheaper one and it's really soothing it does help xx
