Okay guys so I've eaten Vienna sausages 3 times this pregnancy without warming it up first. I had some 2 days ago and last night I threw up but I'm fine now. Has anyone else eaten these or lunch meat without heating it first ?

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I eat them all the time with hot sauce?
