Okay so I've been constipated for s good while now. I've been drinking prune juice but it's just not working. What did you ladies use to help ???? I'm so miserable. I be so hungry but scared to eat all because I'm constipated !!

I've been great my whole pg now the last two weeks its been horrible. Ive also got hemorrhoids which isn't helping. I've been using the tucks, preparation H, taking metamucil but what finally worked was eating KFC. I normally don't eat there but dh insisted the chicken would help since it always affects him. Guess he was right.

I take colace(stool softner) 2 a day and drink plenty of water. Dr approves

Colace coffee(decaf or haldcalf) and bean and cheese tacos help me. And lots of water
