I caught pikachu yesterday! He was right outside my window

I keep getting Rattata and Pidgey :(

My cousin found one at a McDonald's.

I haven't even seen one. :(

I got one too but man that little guy put up one heck of a fight. It took me 4 times.

I just caught a pikachu today me and my sister were headed to Taco Bell and saw it on the nearby list we turned around 5 times and finally pinpointed it to a Buffalo Wild Wings parking lot.

Yeah lol you have to ignore all three pokemons at the beginning four times. Then the white circles under a Pokemon appear. If you click on it you find pikachu?

@Trucker Ah man, really? Maybe it's the game being buggy then. Usually if I walk towards the leaves, the Pokemon will either pop up or leave. That stinks though ?

@Dark someone actually got technical and posted a diagram on how exactly to walk to catch the Pokemon that's nearby lol it's actually worked for a bunch of people, including myself.

I wish there was a way to know which direction you had to walk to catch certain Pokemon. I literally walked around for an hour yesterday to catch a haunter and I couldn't get closer no matter where I went.

Even though the leaves are still ruffling? It kept doing it for like an hr. Now it's gone.

@PP it suggest a Pokemon is nearby but can run away and rustle somewhere else. When you encountered it, more than likely, it ran away. I hate when it happens lol

Question. There is a pokemon on the sidewalk in front of my neighbors house (ruffled leaves) I walked over there and passed it, but it never came out. Does anyone know y?

I heard on the radio this morning that if you walk away from your first 3 pokemon you'll get a Pikachu, or something like that. But it's at the beginning of the game.

There's one sure way to get a pikachu but most of you already lost your shot at it lol

It just depends on the area, I guess. I have a tonne of pikachu and eevee in my area. But catching anything else is so hard! I just want to evolve my Growlithe!
