This stuff is amazing. I've been using it since giving birth (currently 4 days pp) and I love it!!! Can't recommend it enough. And the bottle is made to be sprayed upside down or right side up, so it's super easy and convenient to use.

My hospital gave me "pads" made with tea bags. Orange pekoe if I can recall correctly. It was gross as heck but it helped, ALOT.
