The girl who mentioned peppermint also miscarried , I wonder if that could have had something to do with that, probably not but I wish her and u all the best!! I will be a FTM and am not sure about things but when someone might have info on something I'm asking about I would rather here that persons opinion right or wrong then not if that makes sense.... I wouldn't use peppermint it can induce labour I heard while I was studying cosmotology and aesthetics, I'm not saying it would induce it but I defiantly learned not to use it on pregnant women but just wanted to share that if it helps

Peppermint essential oil!! Buy it from young living or doterra. Good for headaches, nausea, upset tummy/digestive issues, fever, everything! Pinterest it lol

I used it on my back when I didn't know I was pregnant . ... I worried about it but seeing everything is going well I guess it didn't hurt .

Tiger Balm is very strong. If Tylenol doesn't help it is safe to take aspirin free Excedrin. My OBGYN provided a list of medications that are safe to take during any stage of pregnancy and that's been my Bible ever since!

I've heard it's very strong maybe not a good option during pregnancy. Maybe try an alternative. Have you tried googling sometimes you can get some great info. We're so sensitive during pregnancy you never know so if you aren't sure maybe that's a sign not to use it.
