25mg Benadryl and 25mg vitamin B6 every 6 hours. You can also do half a tab of unison at night. That has taken the edge off. I lost almost 10 pounds before my doctor put me on zofran 3x a day but that requires a prescription. I also find that it is worse if I'm hungry so I carry peanut butter and cheese crackers with me. Bananas and apples. Bland food, stuff I ate as a picky kid, mostly carbs. Of course you have probably also heard the eat something before you get out of bed. Dry cereal and crackers are at my bedside. It does help some. Good luck mama!

Nauzene OTC and safe! Sea bands, ginger ale. Doctor told me sipping juice from fruit cups, haven't tried that tho.

People recommend ginger. Grind it in warm/hot water and sip it.

I’ve been liking ginger ale and I’m not a huge pop person.

Cereal is mild enough for me too,

Good luck

The sea bands have helped me from throwing up 5+ times a day to so far not throwing up at all

This week I have been taking 1/2 of a phenergan every evening. I was really sleepy and groggy for the first few days.... but today I felt great and no morning sickness.

I’ve heard good things about acupuncture. Thinking about making an appt Monday. Have you tried sea-bands?

Not sure if I can get one today or not.

But did a membrane sweep help any of you ? I know it helps some people and others it don’t work for. But I’m 4cm dilated and about 70 perfect thinned. So hoping for the best.
