hospital tour? Does anyone know how to take a tour at Florida hospital Altamonte?

Yes you should call. We set up a tour online. Booked 4 weeks in advance. We got a baby sitter and made plans around it and when we arrived they told us there was no tour. Despite the fact that we had tickets. Sad day.
