So i've had three c sections and have never heard of a c panty. Have anyone used them before and do you think they are worth getting?

I had thought about looking into just getting a postpartum support binder. You can look up cesarean binder on amazon and they have a ton-I'm sure you already know about them. I feel like you could get more use out of it unlike panties you would obviously have to wash a lot more often.
I found one for $20 and $40. I just don't know if it's worth it. I googled c panty and tons came up.
