cramps?
So I'm 30 weeks, and I keep getting strong cramps in my.lower stomach. But I'm a FTM and wondering if they could be small contractions or just normal cramping? Not sure the difference (: thanks !

Mommies: what do cramping pains mean this far along in pregnancy? I'm 39+2.. FTM the cramps are in my hips and feel like I'm gonna start my period.. Normal? Or what.. 😕
