cramps?

So I'm 30 weeks, and I keep getting strong cramps in my.lower stomach. But I'm a FTM and wondering if they could be small contractions or just normal cramping? Not sur...

Braxton hicks or your ligaments stretching! I had that too.

I'm 36 weeks and my Doctor tells me that the baby is trying to make room for himself and since you feel it so low that's the baby trying to get ready as well.
