I work anywhere from 25-35 hrs a week and I have 11-7 shifts with one 15 min. break... I am so uncomfortable and my back and feet are dying... Any advice on how to make it easier!?
Its a family owned business..does that make a difference?
I work at a deli and its so so busy and I'm constantly on my feet and lifting things.
I'm 22 weeks.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Request another break! You know what you can handle, don't be afraid to ask for it! Your health is important. & technically it's completely legal to go without a break. I work 10 hour shifts, 4-5 days a week with no breaks at 36 weeks along. The only way you would be legally required a break, is if you were a minor.. in Ohio anyways.
