cant take this
I work anywhere from 25-35 hrs a week and I have 11-7 shifts with one 15 min. break... I am so uncomfortable and my back and feet are dying... Any advice on how to make it easier!?

How far along are you and what do you do at your job

Isn't that illegal?? To have only a 15min break during a 6-7 hour shift? That's a long day. I have to have an hr break (state mandates for us)

Yea seems pretty illegal u should have atleast a 30 minute lunch break

If you are in the US you should receive 1-15 min break and 1-30min lunch. Talk with your HR rep!

They still have to follow the laws they can't just give u one 15 minute break while working that long ..I believe its typically 6 hours or less u get one 15 and anything over u r required atleast 30 minutes

Request another break! You know what you can handle, don't be afraid to ask for it! Your health is important. & technically it's completely legal to go without a break. I work 10 hour shifts, 4-5 days a week with no breaks at 36 weeks along. The only way you would be legally required a break, is if you were a minor.. in Ohio anyways.
