Sick as a dogggg
This morning about 3am I woke up feeling horribly nauseous and ended up needing to poo which ended up being diarrhea.

It’s now 9:30 and I’m still absolutely wretched ? I haven’t thrown up again but just felt so sick all day. Off and on nausea. All I’ve eaten is saltines, Sprite, a Caesar salad, and some sour patch kids (helped with my nausea last pregnancy).
