I don’t think it’s anything. I brought it up to my pediatrician and he didn’t even blink an eye

Maybe just have a nice warm bath with him
When I start to worry about a little cough or hoarse throat I steam up the bathroom then give bubs or kids a warm bath.
Steam does wonders for most things
It helps my oldest with her ear infections total life saver
