Ro not sleeping through the night

He’s 6.5 months old and still not sleeping through the night. Here’s his schedule:

I think the idea above is worth a shot. My baby sometimes takes 3 naps and the 3rd one can be around 5 or 6pm for an hour. You and I share the same baby routine except mine starts a little later (around 7:30-8pm). He learned to self soothe around 4 months so if he wakes up he goes back to sleep, but that’s whole other story. *Teething did briefly affect his sleeping though*

Maybe you may bath him at 9 pm and put him to sleep, and take the 7pm sleeping as a nap and dont stress that much

Jmedina - what is it with 3am?? Lol that’s exactly when he wakes up every night! 3am and then every 2-3 hours!

My girl has always been a good sleeper up until the end of 5 1/2 months and we are now a little over 6months..she wakes up the exact same times you said your boy does...so strange..I'm exhausted too just keep telling myself it will get better and this won't last forever

I think I'd be excited with a consistent, solid 5 hours with no wake ups at this point.

Ugh I bet it was so nice when he was sleeping through! I'm like waiting for the day lol. I haven't had a full night sleep in 6 months minus the couple times my husband would watch him at night.

Actually a good majority of babies sleep through the night by now but my son finally got past his sleep regression and was back to his 11 hour nights and now he's doing close to the same but it's very random. Some days he will sleep through the night and others be up at 3am and then every 2-3 hours after that. Pretty sure it's teething and wish they would just come in! Lol my other two never had this, teething never bothered them.

I guess I should have prefaced by saying he was sleeping through the night a few weeks ago lol. I guess teething has changed up his schedule but it was so nice when he slept through the night and now I’m just exhausted all the time

My son wakes up multiple times a night and doesn't go more than 3 hours at a time (if I'm lucky). It's exhausting. He fights naps all day too.

That schedule is similar to mine i think is normal, thing will be become "normal" in the next months, try you to take a 25 mins nap , I havent sleep in long too cause I wake up at 9am but go to bed after 2 am everyday, dont know what to do either ,?

And I just read your schedule, that's totally normal.

Girl don't expect them to sleep through the night for a longgggg time. It's been a really rough week here and I'm like it can't be teething, his bottom two teeth just came in. Well top two broke thru ? explains a lot! But for real tho, my first didn't sleep thru the night until 18 months.

Last night we did chicken and sweet potato purée and I did that before bed but he still woke up a bunch. I feel like I’ve tried everything ?

Plus he is still taking 2-3 naps per day that last anywhere from 20-45 minutes

Have you started solids if so increese by a teaspoon or so. And feed him solids before the bottle and do this before bed. His stomach will be fuller and he should sleep a little longer.
