4 months PP workout
So I do crossfit and have been back since 9 weeks. (Cleared by doctor to do so with restrictions)
It sounds like you probably need to eat more. Are you eating enough to compensate for your workout? The more you workout, the more food your body needs and if not, you'll get lightheaded and dizzy, etc.
If you are eating enough, you could need more iron. I'm anemic too and i get super lightheaded and the works if my iron is too low. Try an app like myfitnesspal to be sure you're getting enough fuel. I'd try to up my iron rich foods, too
Sounds good! I'll look into more iron foods. I eat a lot of leafy greens but could use more red meat!
