How do you clean your shields? I have found that just running them under hot water and scrubbing them off doesn't really get them as clean as I'd like and putting them in my steam sterilizer doesn't work as well either and they're kind of losing their adhesiveness when I have them on they just kind of fall off! Lol or he knocks them off.

I was cleaning them with gauze pads and warm water and they were fine. As soon as I used hot water the adhesive wore off and now they don't stay

Shoot I bet that's what happened to mine. I used hot water and then steam sterilized them lol.

I clean mine in hot soapy water, but a tip to help them stick is to express a tiny bit of milk on to the outer part before you put them on and use it as a glue kinda lol. Works for me ?
