Missing my dad today....
Today my dad would have been 58 years young. It's been 4 1/2 years since he passed, but it still feels like just yesterday I lost him. I couldn't have asked for a better father to raise me. Despite his and my mom's best efforts, I made a lot of mistakes growing up, but not once did he voice his disappointment in me. Although I made him a grandpa very early, he never judged me and was so proud and happy to be a grandpa.

My oldest 3 were lucky enough to know their grandpa. The last time I saw my dad was the day my 4 year old was born. That kinda makes his birthday hard for me too. He passed away about 5 weeks later. It was very unexpected. I went up to see him because he wasn't answering his phone, and I found him on his couch. He had passed the day before and was there alone until I found him the next day. That was absolutely the hardest and saddest day of my life.
I still have moments when I think, oh I need to call dad and talk to him...
I just try to remember that he's at peace now, and keeping his kids and grandkids safe from above.
I feel you. My dad would have been 61 last Monday. He died 14 years ago after a long illness... I was a senior in high school. He never met my husband let alone my children and that makes me sad. He would have loved my kids.
It hurts.
My dad died at 51 the beginning of my pregnancy. Un expected from a heart attach then three months later my step dad that raised me 23 yrs and I loved just as much as a real dad. Blew his brains out.. so I have said good bye to both my dad's and all I have is my mommy
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
It happened....? 2.5 years and today was the day he heard me fart. I thought I could crop dust him, but it came out full force. He looked at me and busted out laughing. ?
Advice??my 6 year old is acting up... I know it might not help but my 6 year old raise his hand at me and call me fat before that he hit me and i say no because you know you cry. I took his tablet away and told him that he needs to stop. that got him more mad and thats when he did it.So i tell him he would stay with me these weekend and not with his dad. I let his dad know and he is not agreeing with my decision. He says he is going to talk to him but its been the 3rd time he talks to him and nothing. That doind that wouldn't help💁 ♀ 🤷 ♀
I have a question and need honest opinion!!!....Me and my baby dad been together for 8 years.... But I been dating girls which he knew of since I met him he want me to stop but I jus feel as doe that's apart of me
This is my son Walter. Today is his birthday. He would have been five. This picture was taken when he was 16 days old. He was my first child and my only son (I now have 3 girls). He passed away the next day after this picture from congenital heart failure. It was a miracle that he lived passed 12 weeks gestation because of how severe his heart defects were. I miss him so much, I can't believe it's been 5 years. It still hurts so bad. I don't talk about him a lot out loud because I end up bawling, so i thank you for letting me share this with you ladies. You have always been nice and supportive. Happy birthday son, your mom loves you.

Sorry OP. I feel you. I lost my dad when I was a sophomore in high school. He died from a blood clot.. Very unexpected. He never got to be a grandpa while on this earth but I know he was holding my babies' hands as they entered the world. Cheers to amazing guardian angels.
