@baby you got them for free?! How?

I use it and love it. I take the pills in the morning and sometimes wear the patch. Only occasionally though because I have sensitive skin and it gives me a rash. I love the vanilla protein shake but it's just too expensive to buy all of them every month

A friend of mine has started it and has given me a sample to try. She said its given her energy and she is able to do more and not loose the plot at her kids or life like she use to at the drop of a hat. Shes a big girl and has lots a small amount of weight but for her she said its more about the mental clarity she now has as well as the energy to do so much more. Im going to give it a go for 3mths. Id also like to hear anything good or bad about it before I give it a go tho.
