Yeah I think it's time for drastic measures. Take everything out of her room. Only a mattress on the floor with one pillow, blanket. Keep only three outfits and make her wash. Only they typical three meals a day with NO snacks. Meals should be as bland as possible. Do this for a week and her behavior should improve ;) if not you're just going to have to put her in foster care or something

A user on here once suggested spraying LO with a bottle sprayer when they misbehave. I think that would work.

She's only 9 months old!! So, 5-7 beatings should do the trick. Once she hits 10 months, you're really going to have to step it up or she'll be smoking on the porch with her boyfriend by the time she's 2.
