Why won't they let you go overdue? I was induced at 42 weeks with my vbac and all went great. I had a c-section with my first because my baby was breech though. My doc said I was a good candidate for vbac so maybe that's why she let me go so long. Good luck!!! I wish I had tips for you, but obviously I don't since nothing i tried got my baby moving! She was too comfy I guess.

Clary sage oil is supposed to help for dilating I think, when I was going for my VBAC my midwife looked it up and mentioned it so looked into it and it says to run it on your belly (diluted). And I did it and the next day I went into labor and had a successful VBAC! I wasn't trying for labor, I was just shooting for some dilation lol. And Jasmine oil. But I just remember the clary sage...

Membrane sweep worked for me everyone kept saying I would go way past my due date since I'm a ftm but had him 39+5

The day I went into labor I cleaned my whole house and took a two mile walk. Ask for a sweep to be done. I had that done 3 days before.

Trampoline, squats, sex, lots of walks or even jogs.
