I made these for my first but ended up throwing them out as they only stayed cool for like 5 min and then weren't clean feeling or as absorbent as a regular pad. I would not waste your time or money. The hospital did provide me with these ice pack pads that you crack and they get cold. They were amazing the first 2-3 days.
